Pat Hutchins
Pat has over 30
years in banking and is a former Bank President. She is serving her
23rd year as a Director of the Salvation Army Advisory Board. A true
professional, Pat is former chairman of the California Southern Small
Business Development Corporation, Past President of the I.B. Chamber
Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She also was
Chair of the Business Improvement District for three terms. A dynamic
realtor, she “can make it happen.”

Ron and Joe are
retired Navy SEAL and maintain a trusted friendship that spans quarter
of a century. Ron is a retired naval officer, a former IB City
Councilman and member of
the MTBD. He has
been an active real estate investor for the
past 29 years.

George Burcham
George is a former
Navy Pilot with degrees in application and
Systems
Programming. George keeps our fully computer automated office on line.
He records every penny that comes in or out for our Property Management
Department and sends out clear and concise monthly and annual reports to
all owners.
